Reservations are preferred, although not always necessary. In order to guarantee the availability of your desired services and times in the future, reserve your next appointment before you leave today.

CELL PHONES AND PAGERS

For all of our guests' comfort, cell phones and pagers are asked to be turned off in the spa area.

ARRIVING FOR YOUR SPA EXPERIENCE

Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled experience. This allows time to check in, enjoy AVEDA Comfort Tea, change, and begin your experience.

GROUP EVENTS

A day out with the girls...A bridal shower...Moms & Daughters...James SalonSpa can provide a memorable and relaxing experience. Choose from one of our packages or create a personalized day. Weekdays are the best days to reserve the spa for just your group. We will hold your reservations with a credit card. Call for details! (970) 353-3766.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that emergencies do arise, however, we require 48 hours advance notice if you are unable to honor your reservations at James SalonSpa. We require a credit card deposit of 100% to hold all group services and individual spa days. Failure to cancel your reservations without 48 hours will forfeit 50% of your deposit or gift certificate/card. Failure to cancel your reservation without 24 hours notice will forfeit your full deposit or expire your gift certificate/card.

CHILDREN'S POLICY

For the safety and comfort of all, children should not be brought to James SalonSpa unless they have an appointment.

PAYMENT

is due at the completion of your appointment. We gladly accept cash, checks, VISA, and Master Card. Prices are subject to change without notice.
